141 Fifth Avenue was a complete gut-and-renovation of a turn of the century, landmarked building in downtown Manhattan. Use of the building was converted from commercial office space to 10 floors of luxury residential condominiums, including a penthouse construction in the iconic cupola. The project encompassed approximately 120,000 sq. ft. and cost $35 Million. Challenges included asbestos abatement, base systems modernization, and coordination with retail and commercial tenants that remained operational on the first and second floors.
