In June 2011, Inspiron began construction in the ground floor retail space located on 18th Street in Manhattan. The 14-week, complete gut renovation and became DzTommy Lasagnadz Gramercy’s Italian Restaurant. Centered between Park Avenue and Irving Street, this prime retail location features rich hardwood, exposed brick, custom stainless steel and beautiful Italian marble. Construction included complete mechanical, electrical and plumbing installations to support the new restaurant. Inspiron worked closely with chef-owner Tommy Mosera along with architects and designers from Cetra/Ruddy Architects to realize the 1,450 sq. ft., 75-seat restaurant.
